Doris Marie Lenahan was born Oct. 4, 1938, in Denver, Colo., to Glen Austin and Susannah Pauline (Dine) Hood. Doris moved to Lake Havasu City in 1999 from Forsyth, Mont.
Doris was preceded in death by her father and mother; brothers, Gerald Hood, Glenn Austin Hood Jr.; sisters, Bonnie Rae Nelson and Carol Irene Canaday; husbands, Paul Stolte, Ken Hightower and Edward Lenahan.
Doris is survived by her soul mate Jerry Moss, of Lake Havasu City; stepmother Dorothy Hood, of Fort Lupton, Colo.; brothers, Jess (Bobette) Hood, of Agate, Colo., Wayne (Tina) Hood, of Ft. Lupton, Colo.; sisters, Dorothy (Joe) Mullins, of Lake Havasu City; Linda (C.J.) Cummings, of Peoria, Cindy (Larry) Woog, of Thornton, Colo.; daughters, Rosie (Dave) Higbee, of Platte City, Mo., Carol Hayward, of San Antonio, Texas, Trina Hightower (adopted by Doris and Ken Hightower), of Commerce City, Colo.; son, Paul Stolte Jr., of Commerce City, Colo.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Doris was a member of the Eagles, Elks, American Legion Auxiliary and VFW Auxiliary.
Contributions can be made to Hospice of Havasu in lieu of flowers
