Melba S. Harrell

Melba S. Harrell, 79, of Lake Havasu City, passed away July 21, in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 2, 1930, in Columbus, N.D.
Melba had three children, a son, Danny Harrell; and two daughters, Cheri Bertola and Cindy Simpson; nine grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She was a postal worker.
Melba is survived by her sister, Myrt French, of Two Rivers, Alaska; and brother, Sam Salseson, of Silver City, N.M. Her mother, father, husband, and grandson preceded her in death.
Services will be Saturday at Mount Olive Lutheran Church, 2170 Havasupai Blvd., 10 a.m., with Jim Price officiating.
Contributions in Melba’s name can be made to the Desert Hills Fire Department.
