Terrence Richard Doyle

Terrence Richard Doyle, 82, passed Oct. 25, in Lake Havasu City. He was born to Larry and Margit Doyle Feb. 8, 1927, in Aberdeen, Wash.



Terrence served under the direction of the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict. He worked in the aeronautic industry as a technical publisher and editor for more than 40 years. Terrence taught English at Cal State University in Long Beach, Calif., and Mohave Community College. He was very active in the theatre, loved music and was obsessed with books. He also belonged to Lake Havasu Baptist Church.

Terrence leaves behind his beloved wife of 31 years, Susan Doyle, of Lake Havasu City; sons Keith, of Modesto, Calif., Russell, of Mesa, and David, of Lake Havasu City; brother, Kerry Doyle, of Lititz, Pa.; one grandson, Bryce and a party of five.

A brunch was held at 12 p.m., Nov. 7, at Lake Havasu Baptist Church. A memorial service followed at 1 p.m. Words of comfort and inspiration were offered by Pastor Mike Moorehead.

Arrangements were placed under the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory.
