Robert Lee Whildin Sr., “Bob” known to his family and friends, passed away at the age of 77, Dec. 13 in Lake Havasu City. He was born May 10, 1932, in Chester, Pa., to Roy and Esther (Snyder) Whildin Jr.

Bob moved to Lake Havasu City three months ago from Hemet, Calif. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army — Korean War. Bob worked as a clerk for Baxter International. He loved to golf and was quite a pool shark. Bob was a very down-to-earth person and if you called him Mr. Whildin, he would ask you to just call him “Bob”.

Bob is survived by his sons, Roy Whildin and his wife Margie, Robert Lee Whildin Jr., Ricky Allen Whildin; brother, Frank Whildin and wife Dee; and granddaughter, Kathleen Marie Whildin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Anne Whildin.
